CLEANING AND CARE
Initial shedding is a natural outcome of the structure of the carpet.  Use a vacuum cleaner with good filtration system and rotating bar frequently.  Optimal frequency will be at least twice a week.  Shedding will be reduced by time.

Flip your rug and sweep or vacuum the back of the rug once a year.

To remove a stain: Immediately place the absorbent fabric over the stain and press. When the fabric is saturated replace it with a fresh one until stain doesn't give off anymore dirt. Do not scrub the area, just blot to prevent matting or fuzzing. 
Treatment of the affected area should begin immediately upon discovery. The more time that elapses before treatment, the more difficult a stain will be to remove. 

Only industrial washing is strictly reccomended without rubbing the garment. At all times dry in flat position with the upper face always on top. Dry vacuum cleaning can be another option besides professional cleaning.  We recommend professional cleaning every 1-3 years due to the usage.

Rotate your rug or change the place of the furniture on the carpet from time to time and brush the marks left by the furniture. That will prevent the foot traffic from wearing the rug pile unevenly. It will ensure a longer life.  Optimal frequency will be once every six months.

When not used, roll and keep in a dry place in horizontal position and do not bend. Once every three months, it is recommended to roll inside out and roll back at the first position.

Keep safe from exposure to direct sunlight that could cause colours to fade.

If a flammable material or a cigarette is dropped on the carpet, it may cause partial damage. On wool surfaces the damage can be removed by brushing.

If a thread comes out, it should not be pulled out, only cutting at the same level with rest would be enough. When it is pulled out it is normal for several threads to come out because of the fabric’s nature."
